Over the years I have developed many titles throughout my life but I am most proud of “Mom”, “Wife”, and “Soldier”.  The ultimate title however is “Black Woman” and is the foundation of the development of this dream into a reality. Life as a black girl comes with many limits as we are forced to look and think a certain way. We are forced to adapt to the social norms but, it’s not who we are. We are vibrant, we are bold, we are free! A Black Girl Tee was created so that my daughters and other black girls and women like me, will always have options that represent them. We will be able to express our thoughts and moods through the clothes that we wear. These shirts will speak volume when it comes to what Black women desire.
